- Notice is hereby given that the Community Reinvestment Agency of Farr West City will hold a meeting at 5:30 pm on Thursday, September 19, 2024 at the Farr West City Hall, 1896 North 1800 West, Farr West Call to Order - Mayor Ken Phippen 1. Business Items a. Consider approval of minutes dated June 18, 2024 b. Consider approval of Resolution No. 2024-02, defining the Farr West Marketplace Community Reinvestment Survey Area Boundary c. Discussion on CRA Process and Schedule d. Discussion - Development of the Tax Increment budget and the related participation levels e. Discussion - Consideration to create a Housing Authority 2. Adjournment
