Millard County Commission Report. c. Report on Fiscal Year 2024 Annual Financial Audit - Kimball & Roberts. d. Phil Harold of Rural Water Association of Utah to discuss sewer laterals. e. Eric Larsen (Fillmore City Liaison to UAMPS) to discuss upcoming electric power system projects. f. Fillmore Homes, LLC to discuss Prairie Haven Development Agreement. OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-17 amending the Fillmore City sidewalk policy. b. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-18 amending the Fillmore City Sewer Policy and Sanitary Sewer Master Plan. c. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-19 reinstating freestanding sign fees and public infrastructure district (PID) fees to the Fillmore City Fee & Rate Schedule. d. Discussion and possible action regarding the landfill agreement between Fillmore City and Millard County (Councilmember Hare). e. Discuss and possibly approve proposed development agreement draft between Fillmore City and Fillmore Homes, LLC. for the Prairie Haven Planned Development.
