b. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-18 amending the Fillmore City Sewer Policy and Sanitary Sewer Master Plan.
c. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-19 reinstating freestanding sign fees and public infrastructure district (PID) fees to the Fillmore City Fee & Rate Schedule.
d. Discussion and possible action regarding the landfill agreement between Fillmore City and Millard County (Councilmember Hare).
e. Discuss and possibly approve proposed development agreement draft between Fillmore City and Fillmore Homes, LLC. for the Prairie Haven Planned Development.
