- IVINS CITY SENSITIVE LANDS COMMITTEE MEETING AGENDA November 29, 2023 435-628-0606 Notice is hereby given that the Ivins Sensitive Lands Committee will hold a meeting in the Ivins City Council Room, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM. We will meet on-site to visit the property on the corner of Puerto Drive and 400 South. 1. WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER A. Disclosures/Conflict of interest. 2. GENERAL BUSINESS A. Consider approval of Sensitive Lands Committee minutes for October 24, 2023. 3. DISCUSSION ITEMS A. Discuss and consider recommendation of proposed sensitive lands area near Puerto Drive and 400 South. SITLA-Owner. Jerry Miyahara-Applicant. B. Discuss and consider recommendation regarding possible new Zone Text Amendments to the Sensitive Lands Ordinance. C. Additional Items and Updates. 4. ADJOURNMENT Reasonable accommodation- Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs. Please contact the City Recorder at least 24 hours in advance if you have special needs. I hereby certify that I have posted copies of this agenda in three public and conspicuous places on November 27, 2023. Ivins City Hall, the Ivins Post Office, and the Kayenta Sales Office. I have also sent a copy of this agenda to The Spectrum newspaper.
