Notice is hereby given that the Ivins Sensitive Lands Committee will hold a meeting in the Ivins City Council Room, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Wednesday, November 29, 2023. The meeting is scheduled to begin at 12:00 PM. We will meet on-site to visit the property on the corner of Puerto Drive and 400 South.

2. GENERAL BUSINESS
A. Consider approval of Sensitive Lands Committee minutes for October 24, 2023.
3. DISCUSSION ITEMS
A. Discuss and consider recommendation of proposed sensitive lands area near Puerto Drive and 400 South. SITLA-Owner. Jerry Miyahara-Applicant.
B. Discuss and consider recommendation regarding possible new Zone Text Amendments to the Sensitive Lands Ordinance.
C. Additional Items and Updates.
