- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD will hold a regularly scheduled meeting commencing at 12:30 PM, FRIDAY, October 14, 2022. This meeting will be held in-person at the Wasatch County Library and available live via Zoom Meeting link on the library's 'About' webpage at https://www.wasatchlibrary.org/about Public comments and questions will be accepted via email up to one hour before the live meeting. Send comments, questions, or a request for online meeting credentials to Juan Lee, Library Director at jlee@wasatch.utah.gov ANCHOR LOCATION: WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah Library Board Meeting Friday, October 14, 2022 Order of agenda items subject to change without notice. 1. Call to Order & Welcome: Amber Koecher, Library Board Chair. 2. Public Comment: Time for members of the public to make comments on issues not included on today's agenda. 3. Approval of Minutes: Regular Board meeting held on August 12, 2022 (The meeting of September 9, 2022 was canceled). 4. Consent Agenda Items A. Library Director's Report: August and September 2022. B. Report of Year-to-date Expenditures: August and September 2022. 5. Business A. APPROVAL: Meeting Room Policy (Approval tabled from August meeting). B. UPDATE: Explanation about the Truth-in-taxation (TNT) process (Discussion tabled from August meeting). C. DISCUSSION: Review the Art Exhibit Policy before it goes to County Attorney's office. D. UPDATE: Schedule of outreach events for September and October 2022 with opportunities for Library Board members to meet with residents. E. UPDATE: Traveling exhibition Crossroads: Change in Rural America in 2023. F. DISCUSSION: Date/Time change of regular Board meetings. 6. Call for Agenda Items for Next Meeting 7. Closed Meeting The Board may consider a motion to enter into a Closed Meeting.
