- PUBLIC HEARING The Garden City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 7, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at the Garden City Lakeview Building located at 69 N. Paradise Parkway, Building C. AGENDA 1. Roll Call 2. Discussion of a temporary sign at 200 N Bear Lake Blvd for the Caribbean Cowboy located at 171 N Bear Lake Blvd. Tyce and Danielle Jensen 3. Gather input from Garden City residents regarding the proposed changes to Title 11 Subdivision Regulations to comply with SB 174. 4. Discussion of an Amended Subdivision/LLA in Raspberry Patch Estates. Located at 588 Raspberry Patch Road. Jeff Lerwill 5. Discussion of an Amended Subdivision/LLA in Bridgerland Village Plat A. Located at 1079 Lakeview Drive. Paul Cracroft/Jason Eccher 6. Discussion of Ordinances: #24-18 - An Ordinance Updating Commercial Business Parking Requirements 7. Adjournment The public is invited to attend the meeting, listen by phone, or give written comment. The conference phone number is #1-866-347-5097. There is a 2-minute limit on those commenting during the meeting.
