- The Lindon City Council will hold a meeting at 5:15 pm on Tuesday, September 3, 2024 in the Lindon City Center Council Chambers, 100 North State Street, Lindon, Utah. Meetings are typically broadcast live at www.youtube.com/user/LindonCity. The agenda will consist of the following: REGULAR SESSION - 5:15 P.M. - Conducting: Carolyn Lundberg, Mayor Invocation: Carolyn Lundberg, Mayor Pledge of Allegiance: By invitation 1. Call to Order / Roll Call 2. Presentations and Announcements: a) Comments / Announcements from Mayor and Council members. 3. Open Session for Public Comment (For items not listed on the agenda) 4. Council Reports 5. Administrator's Report 6. Approval of Minutes - The minutes of City Council meeting from August 19, 2024. 7. Consent Agenda - (Items do not require public comment or discussion and can all be approved by a single motion. The following consent agenda item was presented for approval. a) Resolution #2024-26-R, surplus equipment b) Interlocal Agreement w/Utah County for CTC program reimbursement; Resolution #2024-27-R c) Resolution #2024-28-R, re-appointment of Mayor Lundberg to the Utah Lake Authority (ULA) Governing Board as Lindon's representative on the Board. d) Planning Commissioner Alternate appointment (Ryan Done) 8. Presentation: Staff will provide a brief demonstration of new software (Placer.ai) to enable data gathering for specific locations, events, and economic development purposes. 9. Bid Award: Well #5 Drilling project. City Staff recommend awarding the bid for the Well #5 Drilling Project to Hydro Resources in the amount of $1,641,200. This is a new well to provide redundancy in Lindon's culinary water delivery system. This work is for drilling only. 10. Bid Award: Well #5 Development project. City Staff recommend awarding the bid for the Well #5 Development Project to Widdison Well Services in the amount of $445,350. This work entails developing the wellhead only. It does not include the building, well pumps, etc. Adjourn
