a) Resolution #2024-26-R, surplus equipment
b) Interlocal Agreement w/Utah County for CTC program reimbursement; Resolution #2024-27-R
c) Resolution #2024-28-R, re-appointment of Mayor Lundberg to the Utah Lake Authority (ULA) Governing Board as Lindon's representative on the Board.
d) Planning Commissioner Alternate appointment (Ryan Done)
8. Presentation: Staff will provide a brief demonstration of new software (Placer.ai) to enable data gathering for specific locations, events, and economic development purposes.
9. Bid Award: Well #5 Drilling project. City Staff recommend awarding the bid for the Well #5 Drilling Project to Hydro Resources in the amount of $1,641,200. This is a new well to provide
redundancy in Lindon's culinary water delivery system. This work is for drilling only.
10. Bid Award: Well #5 Development project. City Staff recommend awarding the bid for the Well #5 Development Project to Widdison Well Services in the amount of $445,350. This work entails
developing the wellhead only. It does not include the building, well pumps, etc.
