- NOTICE OF BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING GREATER SALT LAKE MUNICIPAL SERVICES DISTRICT V2 September 11, 2024, 6:00 p.m. 2001 S State Street, Room N2-800 Salt Lake City, UT 84190 385-468-6703 TTY 711 Members of the Board of Trustees may participate electronically. Portions of meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute. Motions relating to any of the items listed below, including final action, may be taken. The public may attend board meetings either in person or online (see 'Video and Audio', below). 1. Call to Order - Keith Zuspan, Chair 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approve membership in the Utah Association of Special Districts for $15,375 (UASD) -Brian Hartsell (15 minutes) 5. Approve resolution 2024-09-01 to approve a nomination of a Board Member for the UASD Board of Representative and Alternate Representative - Brian Hartsell (5 minutes) 6. Discuss the Analysis of Establishing an In-House Engineering Services Department - Marla Howard (30 minutes) 7. Approve budget adjustment of $325,000 in Planning and Development Services wages for direct hire of two engineers - Marla Howard (10 minutes) 8. Discuss status of office construction and office furniture design review and pricing - Marla Howard (15 minutes) 9. Approve a budget adjustment of $175,000 for furniture from approved budget of $400,000 to $575,000 - Marla Howard (5 minutes) 10. Approve a budget adjustment of $25,000 for IT and AV wiring and equipment from $125,000 to $150,000- Marla Howard (5 minutes) 11. Authorize General Manager to negotiate and sign contract with chosen furniture provider for up to $575,000 - Marla Howard (15 minutes) 12. General Manager report - Marla Howard (10 minutes) 13.
