- PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Thursday, September 12, 2024 Morgan County Commission Room 6:30 pm Work Session -5:00 pm Mountain Green/Peterson area plan PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Morgan County Planning Commission will meet at the above time and date at the Morgan County Courthouse, Commission Chambers; 48 West Young St., Morgan, Utah. The agenda is as follows: 1. Call to order - prayer. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of agenda 4. Declaration of conflicts of interest 5. Public comment Legislative 6. Public Hearing/Discussion/Decision- Decision -Eggett Rezone - A request to rezone property from Agricultural-20 acres (A-20) to Rural Residential 5-Acre Minimum (RR-5) and change the Future land use map from A-20 to RR-5. The property is identified by parcel number 00-0062-3395 and serial number 01-HE3-0005 and is approximately located at 667 W Hardscrabble Ct. in Porterville. Administrative 7. Public Meeting/Discussion/Decision - Eggett Ranch Subdivision Preliminary and Final Plat- A request for a Preliminary and Final Plat approval for the Eggett Ranch Small Subdivision identified by parcel number 00-0071-5333 and serial number 01-003-365-01-2 and is approximately located at 306 Woodscreek in Richville. 8.
