- PUBLIC NOTICE ST. GEORGE HOUSING AUTHORITY Tuesday July 9, 2024 8:30 a.m. Notice is hereby given that the St. George Housing Authority will hold a board meeting at the Dixie Sun Manor complex located at 975 N. 1725 W. # 101, St. George UT 84770. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: 1. Approve minutes of Board Meeting May 14, 2024. 2. Bill Knowlton Pathway Communities Executive Director discussion 3. Hiring of new PH Manager Brooke Alldredge 4. Review Housing Assistance Reports (HAP) June & July 2024. 5. Discuss fiscal year 2023-2024 Budget 6. Discuss 2024-2025 SGHA new budget 7. Awarded CAP Funds 8. Board Approval of Employee Training October 20-23. Office closed 9. Jane Fehrenbacker report on DSM. 10. Jimmie Hughes report from the City of St. George REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION: The St. George Housing Authority will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to disabled members of the public in accessing Housing Authority programs.
