- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on the 2nd day of July 2024 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 50 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call to Order - Opening Ceremony - Councilmember A. Hanover - Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held June 4, 2024 2. Business - Youth Council Liaison - Nate Allen - Executive Director of Utah Approves - Presentation on Approval Voting - Deborah Van Noy - Utah Agricultural Land Trust - Presentation on Placing Land Easements on Agricultural Properties - Regan Wheeler - Cache County Water District - Presentation on County Wide Irrigation System 3. Departments Mayor Hidalgo - Fire Department - Town Hall & Community Center Update Councilmember M. Stephensen - June Warrant List - Youth Council - Citizen Advisory Committee - Pony Express Days Councilmember A. Hanover - Water Department - Planning Commission Councilmember M. Kelly - Cemetery Department - Cache County School District - Float/ Parades 4. Other Business - Public Comment - Next meeting - August 6, 2024 at 7:00 pm - Truth in Taxation Public Hearing and Town Council Meeting 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
