- Midway City Planning Commission Regular Meeting January 10, 2023 Notice is hereby given that the Midway City Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting at 6:00 p.m., January 10, 2023, at the Midway City Community Center 160 West Main Street, Midway, Utah If you would like to attend via Zoom, you can find the link here: http://www.midwaycityut.org. 6:00 P.M. Regular Meeting - Liaison Report - staff reports to the Planning Commission regarding land use related items in Midway and the surrounding area. Call to Order - Welcome and Introductions; Opening Remarks or Invocation; Pledge of Allegiance. Regular Business 1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of December 13, 2022. 2. Approval of the 2023 Planning Commission meeting schedule. 3. Review and possible recommendation of approval of the 2023 Midway General Plan which is a revision of the 2017 Midway General Plan and includes chapters on Community Vision, Land Use, Economic Development & Resorts, Transportation, Moderate-Income Housing, Environment & Sensitive Lands, Main Street, Historic Preservation, Parks Trails & Recreation, and Open Space. a. Discussion of revised General Plan b. Possible recommendation to City Council 4. Adjournment
