Regular Business
1. Review and possibly approve the Planning Commission Meeting Minutes of December 13, 2022.
2. Approval of the 2023 Planning Commission meeting schedule.
3. Review and possible recommendation of approval of the 2023 Midway General Plan which is a revision of the 2017 Midway General Plan and includes chapters on Community Vision, Land Use, Economic Development & Resorts, Transportation, Moderate-Income Housing, Environment & Sensitive Lands, Main Street, Historic Preservation, Parks Trails & Recreation, and Open Space.
