Committee Member Reports a. Education Team Native American Heritage Month- spotlight on Alex and the new Native American Club at CCHS. Should be on city social media on 11/16. Recap from SAFAR event at Draper library- Melarie Recap from the Kartik Purnima Festival on Saturday- Mayor Walker & Kellie attended b. Business and Community Relations Team Service project- warm clothing drive for refugee kids and teens- collaborate with YC. Drop off box at City Hall. Deliver after Dec. 8. New Holiday Market- Dec. 16 & 17 Draper Park Tree Lighting Ceremony - November 28 6:00-8:00 pm Candy Cane Hunt- December 12 4:00-5:30 pm January 20- International Day of Acceptance (Disability Awareness) ideas- Draper Park new playground MLK quote for January Poster contest for Black History Month- February c.
