- SALT LAKE CITY PLANNING DIVISION APPEALS HEARING AMENDED AGENDA Thursday, August 15, 2024, at 5:00 PM This meeting will not have an anchor location at the City and County Building. Appeals Hearing Officer, Staff, and Appellant will connect remotely. Appeal of Administrative Interpretation at Approximately 617 S 1200 E - Mark Maxfield, the property owner, is appealing an administrative decision to deny a determination of a nonconforming use request to legalize three units in the dwelling located at 617 S 1200 E and have the structure recognized as a legal nonconforming multifamily residential dwelling. The subject property is located within the R-2 Single and Two Family Residential zoning district. The subject address is within Council District 4, represented by Eva Lopez Chavez. The Appeals Hearing Officer reserves the right to change the order of agenda items as deemed necessary.
