Appeal of Administrative Interpretation at Approximately 617 S 1200 E - Mark Maxfield, the property owner, is appealing an administrative decision to deny a determination of a nonconforming use request to legalize three units in the dwelling located at 617 S 1200 E and have the structure recognized as a legal nonconforming multifamily residential dwelling. The subject property is located within the R-2 Single and Two Family Residential zoning district. The subject address is within Council District 4, represented by Eva Lopez Chavez.
