- PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given of a Public Hearing to be held during a regular meeting of the Mapleton City Planning Commission on THURSDAY, June 13, 2024, AT 6:00 P.M. to consider: 1. Consideration of an ordinance amending Mapleton City Code section 18.56B eliminating the age restriction on some units in the Sunrise Ranch development. 2. Consideration of a request to rezone 26 acres located at approximately 800 North 2000 East from A-2, TDR-R to Planned Residential Community (PRC-9) and to vacate a portion of Maple Hills Lane. The Planning Commission's Agenda may include additional items not included in this Public Notice. Please see the Planning Commission Agenda for all items being discussed at this meeting. ___________________________________________ April Houser, Executive Secretary Posted at the below locations on May 30, 2024: 1.
