- AMERICAN FORK CITY COUNCIL JULY 16, 2024 SPECIAL SESSION AGENDA *Notice of Electronic Meeting* One or more City Council members may be physically absent from this meeting but may participate electronically. The American Fork City Council will hold special session on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, in the American Fork City Administration Conference room, 51 East Main Street, commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: SPECIAL SESSION 1. Consideration and action to enter into a closed session to discuss items described in Utah State Code 52-4-204 and 52-4-205. 2. Review and action on a declaration finding the Beck Hillside Estates Plat subdivision to be a dormant project and consideration of plat approval/expiration in accordance with Sections 17.8.215, 17.9.601, and 17.9.700. 3. Adjournment.
