The American Fork City Council will hold special session on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, in the American Fork City Administration Conference room, 51 East Main Street, commencing at 4:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows:
SPECIAL SESSION
1. Consideration and action to enter into a closed session to discuss items described in Utah State Code 52-4-204 and 52-4-205.
2. Review and action on a declaration finding the Beck Hillside Estates Plat subdivision to be a dormant project and consideration of plat approval/expiration in accordance with Sections 17.8.215, 17.9.601, and 17.9.700.
3. Adjournment.
