- A. CALL TO ORDER 1:00PM B. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. DISCLOSURES D. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: 1. May 21, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting 2. June 4, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting E. PUBLIC INPUT/ REPORTS (Limited to three (3) minutes) Non-Agenda Items F. AGENDA ITEMS: 1. CODE ENFORCEMENT REPORT Amanda Hunter, Code Enforcement. Amanda will give a Code Enforcement update to the Commission. 2. ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION - PRELIMINARY PLAT HIDDEN SPRINGS Lester Ross Building and Planning official. The Planning Commission will review the preliminary plat proposed by Ammil Development for Hidden Springs for a new multifamily townhome subdivision on Pine Tree Way and make a recommendation to the Town Council. 3. LEGISLATIVE RECOMMENDATION - LAND MANAGEMENT CODE BUILDING DESIGN STANDARDS. Bret Howser Town Manager. The Planning Commission will discuss and make recommendations to the Town Council for changes to Title 9 Chapter 12 of the Town Code amending Building Desing Standards. 4. DISCUSSION - SUBDIVISION CODE UPDATES. Lester Ross Building and Planning official. The Planning Commission will discuss some of the proposed changes to the subdivision ordinances proposed by the Hansen Planning Group. G. ADJOURNMENT
