1. CODE ENFORCEMENT REPORT Amanda Hunter, Code Enforcement. Amanda will give a Code Enforcement update to the Commission.
2. ADMINISTRATIVE ACTION - PRELIMINARY PLAT HIDDEN SPRINGS Lester Ross Building and Planning official. The Planning Commission will review the preliminary plat proposed by Ammil Development for Hidden Springs for a new multifamily townhome subdivision on Pine Tree Way and make a recommendation to the Town Council.
3. LEGISLATIVE RECOMMENDATION - LAND MANAGEMENT CODE BUILDING DESIGN STANDARDS. Bret Howser Town Manager. The Planning Commission will discuss and make
recommendations to the Town Council for changes to Title 9 Chapter 12 of the Town Code amending Building Desing Standards.
4. DISCUSSION - SUBDIVISION CODE UPDATES. Lester Ross Building and Planning official. The Planning Commission will discuss some of the proposed changes to the subdivision ordinances proposed by the Hansen Planning Group.
