- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 445 West Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Hearings can be viewed live and on-demand at YouTube youtube.com/user/ProvoChannel17 and on Facebook facebook.com/provochannel17. Item 1 Cal Johnson requests Design Review approval for a redevelopment plan to demolish an existing commercial building and build a new multi-tenant commercial building in the CG (General Commercial) Zone, located at 1200 N University Ave. Carterville Neighborhood. Nancy Robison (801) 852-6417 nrobison@provo.org PLPPA20230331 Item 2 Miller General Contractors requests Design Review approval for a new warehouse project in the PIC (Planned Industrial Commercial) Zone, located at 2601 S Mountain Vista Pkwy. Spring Creek Neighborhood. Dustin Wright (801) 852-6414 dwright@provo.org PLPPA20240003 Item 3 Elect Chair and Vice Chair Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing. To send comments to the Provo City Design Review Committee members, email them at dspublichearings@provo.org. Additional information can be found at provo.org/publiccomments. Provo City will make reasonable accommodations for all citizens interested in participating in this meeting.
