NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING BEFORE THE DESIGN REVIEW COMMITTEE
The Provo City Design Review Committee will hold a public hearing on Thursday, July 11, 2024, at 12:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers located at 445 West Center Street. The following items below will be discussed, and anyone interested is invited to attend and provide comment. Item 1 Cal Johnson requests Design Review approval for a redevelopment plan to demolish an existing commercial building and build a new multi-tenant commercial building in the CG (General Commercial) Zone, located at 1200 N University Ave. Carterville Neighborhood. Item 3 Elect Chair and Vice Chair
Preceding the public hearing, there will be a pre-meeting at 12:00 p.m. in the Provo Peak Conference Room. The pre-meeting is open to the public; however, formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing.
