- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT BOARD OF COUNTY CANVASSERS OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH WILL HOLD A PUBLIC MEETING IN THE UTAH COUNTY COMMISSION CHAMBERS - ROOM 1400 OF THE UTAH COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING 100 EAST CENTER STREET, PROVO, UTAH 84606 March 13, 2024 - 12:30 pm When necessary, board members may participate electronically, with the anchor location as stated above.* Or you may watch the meeting live on YouTube under the heading UTAH COUNTY GOVERNMENT or by going to the link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCkRYDnXVDLGv9792bhWn9Wg/videos REGULAR AGENDA 1. APPROVE THE MINUTES FROM THE NOVEMBER 22, 2022 BOARD OF CANVASSERS OF UTAH COUNTY, UTAH MEETING. 2. REVIEW THE MARCH 5, 2024 PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION SUMMARY REPORT. 3. APPROVE AND AUTHORIZE THE COMMISSION CHAIR TO SIGN THE MARCH 5, 2024 PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION CERTIFIED REPORT. PUBLIC COMMENTS NOTICE OF SPECIAL ACCOMMODATION DURING PUBLIC MEETINGS - In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Alice Black at 801-851-8215. Handicap parking is available, as well as a level entrance to the building. Interpretation services are available with prior notice for the hearing disabled.
