Parcel ID: 04-178-0026 See Hyde Park City Code 12.30.190 (hydeparkutah.org/City Code/Municipal Code CONSIDER AMENDMENT TO 12.270.050 MIXED-USE ZONE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS Consider amending subsection C of 12.270.050 'Protection of Residential Property'. (Public Hearing held May 15, 2024.) HERITAGE LAND DEVELOPMENT: Present conceptual layout for a possible development agreement project located at Wolf Pack Way and 200 South. Project would contain townhomes and a public recreation area. DISCUSSION ITEMS: BONUS DENSITY AMENDMENTS Discuss possible amendments to the R4 and R5 zones to include bonus density which funds parks and recreation. 12.145.040 RESIDENTIAL TRANSITION ZONE SITE DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS Discuss an amendment to adjust the ratio of single-family homes to multifamily dwellings.
