- NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING Wednesday, April 10, 2024 7:00 PM Opening Ceremonies Welcome: Mayor Anderson conducting Pledge of Allegiance Invocation: By Invitation * The agenda shall be as follows: (The order of the agenda items may change.) Public Comments Discussion and Action Items Cade Penney- R6 Regional Growth Summit and update on Capital Improvements List Discussion and possible approval of updating the purchasing threshold in the procurement policy Discussion and review of RV ordinance violations on property being used for recreation and resident complaints on speeding Discussion of Town Road and right of way Ratification of septic tank purchase from EC Precast Discussion and possible approval of setting fee for renting irrigation water shares Discussion of Cemetery survey, tree locations and moving an access Council Business Review and approval of Claims- Invoice Register dated 3/14/24 thru 4/10/24 Review and approval of Minutes- Regular meeting March 14, 2024 Department Reports Amanda- Fiscal Year 2024 Quarter 3 Budget Report Mayor Anderson- Unfinished Business Adjourn Notes: Public Comment-Members of the public may address the Town Council on matters not listed on the agenda. Each individual will have up to two minutes to address the Council and may submit documents outlining their issue. The Council cannot take legal action on public comments at this time. At the conclusion of each public comment, the Council may respond to criticism made by those who have addressed them, may ask staff to review a matter or may ask that a matter be placed on a future agenda. All Town Council meetings are recorded. The Council may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5 (to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation or the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, or acquisition of property) . Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยงยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Town Council and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance.
