NORTH MONROE FIELDS MINOR SUBDIVISION; Consider a 4 lot minor subdivision for Tyson Hare located at approximately 800 North 100 East, Monroe, Utah. 2. PEACOCK PLACE MINOR SUBDIVISION; Consider a 3 lot minor subdivision for Jason and Amanda Johnson located at approximately 975 North River Bottom Lane, Joseph, Utah. 3. ELK VIEW MINOR SUBDIVISION; Consider a 4 lot minor subdivision for Ryan and Kim Savage located at approximately 930 North 100 East, Monroe, Utah. 4. HUTCH CREEK MINOR SUBDIVISION; Consider a 1 lot minor subdivision for Clayton Hutchinson located at approximately 800 West 370 South, Monroe, Utah. 5. INK BOTTLE ESTATES PHASE III SUBDIVISION; Consider a 5 lot major subdivision for Ink Bottle Estates Phase III for Ron Torgerson located on parcel# 5-117-4, Koosharem, Utah. 6. HENRIES HOLLOW SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1; Consider approval for a major subdivision for the Henries Hollow Subdivision, Phase 1, located on Cove Mountain, Sevier County, Utah.
