Review of minutes from April 10, 2024
1. NORTH MONROE FIELDS MINOR SUBDIVISION;
Consider a 4 lot minor subdivision for Tyson Hare located at approximately 800 North 100 East, Monroe, Utah.
2. PEACOCK PLACE MINOR SUBDIVISION;
Consider a 3 lot minor subdivision for Jason and Amanda Johnson located at approximately 975 North River Bottom Lane, Joseph, Utah.
3. ELK VIEW MINOR SUBDIVISION;
Consider a 4 lot minor subdivision for Ryan and Kim Savage located at approximately 930 North 100 East, Monroe, Utah.
4. HUTCH CREEK MINOR SUBDIVISION;
Consider a 1 lot minor subdivision for Clayton Hutchinson located at approximately 800 West 370 South, Monroe, Utah.
5. INK BOTTLE ESTATES PHASE III SUBDIVISION;
Consider a 5 lot major subdivision for Ink Bottle Estates Phase III for Ron Torgerson located on parcel# 5-117-4, Koosharem, Utah.
6. HENRIES HOLLOW SUBDIVISION, PHASE 1;
Consider approval for a major subdivision for the Henries Hollow Subdivision, Phase 1, located on Cove Mountain, Sevier County, Utah.
Planning Commission Meeting will be held in the Commission Chambers of the Sevier County Administration Building, 250 North Main Street, Richfield
