I. CALL TO ORDER and ROLL CALL II. Work Meeting 6:15-7:00 a. Development Discussion III. APPROVAL OF MINUTES a. May 16, 2024, Work Meeting, Public Hearing, Regular Meeting IV. VISITORS a. Pete Brown and Valorie Rollins-Heritage Plaza Development b. Pete Brown - Operating Agreement V. DISUSSIONS/ORDINANCES/NEW BUSINESS a. Short Term Rental Ordinance VI. COMMISSION REPORTS AND COMMENTS VII. ADJOURNMENT I, Lisa Thompson, hereby certify that the above notice was posted to the state public notice website and the following locations: 1.
