- IRON COUNTY, UTAH IRON COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE The Iron County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing and consider action during their regularly scheduled meeting, on Thursday, June 6, 2024 at 5:30 PM at the Festival Hall located at 105 North 100 East, Cedar City, Utah. The hearing is to receive public comment on an application for a Conditional Use Permit - 'Resort Lodge & Recreation, Commercial' (Outdoor recreation activities including ATVs, motorbikes, horseback riding, winter sports, etc.) - located near the west end of 825 N (1475 W) and approximately 975 N, Brian Head, UT Applicant: Iron Crest LLC, represented by David Farley Approximately 645.99 acres within Section 32 and the W1/2 Section 33, T35S, R9W, SLB&M, Iron County, UT (APNs: C-1126-0001-0003 & C-1169-0001-0000). All interested persons are invited to attend. Persons having questions or comments concerning this item may contact the Iron County Building/Zoning and Planning Department at (435) 865-5350.
