Approve Minutes of the Previous Meeting b. Approve Purchase Orders, Payroll and Payment of Bills c. Licenses and Permits PUBLIC HEARING 6:35 P.M. Public hearing to receive public comment regarding proposed amendments to the 2023-2024 fiscal year Fillmore City Operating Budgets. PUBLIC HEARING 6:40 P.M. Public hearing to receive public comment regarding the 2024-2025 fiscal year Fillmore City Operating Budgets COMMUNICATIONS AND REQUESTS OTHER BUSINESS BROUGHT BEFORE COUNCIL a. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 24-10 requiring the conveyance of adequate water for new development within Fillmore City. b. Discuss and possibly approve Ordinance No. 24-13 amending the Fillmore City Zoning Map to show a change of zone for property located at approximately 600 West 900 South, totaling approximately 6.9 acres, to a Residential Multi-Family (RMF) Overlay and approving the execution of a development agreement. c. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-09 approving the fiscal year 2024-2025 Fillmore City TENTATIVE operating budgets. d. Discussion and possible council action regarding Paradise Golf Course water subsidy agreement.
