a. Discuss and possibly adopt Ordinance 24-10 requiring the conveyance of adequate water for new development within Fillmore City.
b. Discuss and possibly approve Ordinance No. 24-13 amending the Fillmore City Zoning Map to show a change of zone for property located at approximately 600 West 900 South, totaling approximately 6.9 acres, to a Residential Multi-Family (RMF) Overlay and approving the execution of a development agreement.
c. Discuss and possibly adopt Resolution 24-09 approving the fiscal year 2024-2025 Fillmore City TENTATIVE operating budgets.
d. Discussion and possible council action regarding Paradise Golf Course water subsidy agreement.
e. Discuss and clarify Section 3 of Resolution 24-08, the effective date, terminating the Power Cost Adjustment.
