Public hearing to consider approval of the development agreement for the River Blacksmith mixed-use development b. Consider recommendation to the City Council approval or denial of the development agreement for the River Blacksmith mixed-use development c. Public hearing to consider approval of a re-zone of the River Blacksmith property, parcel numbers 15-004-0111 and 15-005-0108, from the A-1 zone to the Mixed-Use zone d. Consider recommendation to the City Council approval or denial of re-zone of the River Blacksmith property, parcel numbers 15-004-0111 and 15-005-0108, from the A-1 zone to the Mixed-Use zone e. Set a public hearing for June 13, 2024 to consider approval of the amended C-2 Commercial zone ordinance 5. Consent Items a. Approval of minutes dated May 9, 2024 6. Chairman/Commission Follow-up a.
