- WEST POINT CITY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON MAY 21, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings regarding the following: - A REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4100 W 600 S FROM R-1 (RESIDENTIAL, 2.2 UNITS PER ACRE) TO R-4 (RESIDENTIAL, 8 UNITS PER ACRE) - A REQUEST FOR A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4100 W 600 S - A REQUEST TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 500 S COLD SPRINGS ROAD FROM R-3 (RESIDENTIAL, 3.6 UNITS PER ACRE) TO R-4 (8 UNITS PER ACRE), R-5 (20 UNITS PER ACRE), AND R-C (REGIONAL COMMERCIAL) - AMENDMENTS TO THE FY2024 BUDGET FOR WEST POINT CITY COMMENTS MUST BE MADE IN-PERSON DURING THE PUBLIC HEARING OR SUBMITTED IN WRITING PRIOR VIA EMAIL: - To attend the meeting in-person at West Point City Hall: - West Point City Hall is located at: 3200 W 300 N, West Point, UT 84015 - To submit your comments prior to the meeting via email: Please follow the instructions below: (emailed comments will be read aloud to the City Council during the public hearing) - Email: carnold@westpointcity.org - Subject Line: 'Citizen Comment - May 21st, 2024, City Council Meeting - Email Body: Must include first & last name, address, and a succinct statement To review documentation related to the above hearings, contact West Point City Hall at 801-776-0970 or visit www.westpointcity.org.

Further, in accordance with UCA ยง10a-9-212(2)(a), a copy of this notice was mailed to each applicant who has submitted a land use application to the City for which a decision has not yet been issued as of the date of the posting of this notice.
