NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS
THIS IS NOTICE THAT ON MAY 21, 2024, at approximately 7:00 PM, the WEST POINT CITY COUNCIL will hold public hearings regarding the following:
- A REQUEST TO REZONE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4100 W 600 S FROM R-1 (RESIDENTIAL, 2.2 UNITS PER ACRE) TO R-4 (RESIDENTIAL, 8 UNITS PER ACRE)
- A REQUEST FOR A DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4100 W 600 S
- A REQUEST TO AMEND THE GENERAL PLAN FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 500 S COLD SPRINGS ROAD FROM R-3 (RESIDENTIAL, 3.6 UNITS PER ACRE) TO R-4 (8 UNITS PER ACRE), R-5 (20 UNITS PER ACRE), AND R-C (REGIONAL COMMERCIAL)
- AMENDMENTS TO THE FY2024 BUDGET FOR WEST POINT CITY
