- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Coral Junction Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF CORAL JUNCTION PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON MAY 13, 2024, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 9:10 AM A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on April 8, 2024. 2. Approve outstanding payment applications and requisition requests made since last meeting (if any). D. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the first Quarter Financial Statements as outlined by CLA. 2. Consider acceptance and approval of the 2022 Report from the Audit Committee. E. Administrative Non-Action Items F. Other Items From Board Members 1. Discussion for Board members on any further PID business. G. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing accommodations and auxiliary communicative aids and services for all those in need of assistance. Persons requesting these accommodations for public meetings should call Jennifer Gowans at 435-628-3688 at least one full business day before the meeting. This meeting will be simulcast via Zoom so members of the Board and the public may participate electronically. Motions relating to any of the items listed above, including final action, may be taken. Meetings may be closed for reasons allowed by statute.
