- SIENNA HILLS PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT AMENDED NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC HEARING TO REVIEW THE DISTRICT'S PROPOSED FINAL BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2023 & BUDGET FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024. The Board of Trustees of Sienna Hills Infrastructure District will hold a Public Hearing at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, at the office of Snow Jensen & Reece, P.C., at 912 W. 1600 S., Suite B-200, St. George, UT 84770. The purpose of the hearing is to take public comment on adopting the District Tentative Budget as the Final Budget for Calendar Year 2024. Members of the public are invited to attend the hearing where they will be given the opportunity to be heard on the estimates of revenues and expenditures or any item in the tentative budget of any fund. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing reasonable accommodation to fully participate in this hearing should notify Jennifer Gowans at (435) 628-3688 at least one full business day prior to the hearing.
