If unable to attend the meeting, public comments may be sent to mlperry76@live.com. If received by 10:00 AM the day of the meeting, the comments are distributed to the board and read into the record at the appropriate time. 7:25 Dimple Dell Preservation Committee Earth Day Report Sandra Haak Dimple Dell Preservation Committee - Report on incident at Muir-Poulsen house, wanting to add security lighting or cameras. 7:35 Special Events Request Applications Do we still want event applicants to appear before the board if they have held their event for at least 3 years now with no issues or concerns?
