- DESIGN REVIEW BOARD PUBLIC MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Design Review Board will meet on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 4:30 p.m. for the projects listed below. City Staff will host the meeting at the Community Hall in the Police and Court Building located at 108 South 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah, FOR THE FOLLOWING: Public Meeting: Site Plan - Located at NWC of Pleasant Grove Blvd and North County Blvd (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Kevin Watson for a site plan for a drive-thru restaurant located at 1712 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Interchange Subdistrict. Public Meeting: Site Plan - Located at 1262 West Pleasant Grove Blvd (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of McKay Christensen for a site plan for two (2) new apartment buildings, located at 1262 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict with BMU Overlay.
