Public Meeting: Site Plan - Located at NWC of Pleasant Grove Blvd and North County Blvd

Public Hearing to consider the request of Kevin Watson for a site plan for a drive-thru restaurant located at 1712 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Interchange Subdistrict.
Public Meeting: Site Plan - Located at 1262 West Pleasant Grove Blvd
(Sam White's Lane Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of McKay Christensen for a site plan for two (2) new apartment buildings, located at 1262 West Pleasant Grove Boulevard in The Grove Zone - Commercial Sales Subdistrict with BMU Overlay.
