- A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, March 26, 2024, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. APPOINTMENTS - Consider appointing Dustin Anderson as Fire Chief 6. MINUTES APPROVED-Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meetings held on February 27 and March 12, 2024. 7. BUSINESS a. Snow College to request renaming the street connecting College Avenue to 400 West as Badger Way. (300 South that turns into 200 South) b. Youth Mayor Shelby Sorenson to report on Richfield Youth City Council and discuss plans for the upcoming Arbor Day celebration. c. Consider adopting a proclamation declaring April 26, 2024, as Arbor Day in Richfield City. d. Troy Poulsen to discuss an amendment to the mixed-use ordinance. e. Consider renewing the lease for the Utah Division of Wildlife Resources. f. Consider adopting Ordinance 2024-5 rezoning the property in the Amended Plat for the Laura Nowers Trust. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. ADJOURNMENT CERTIFICATE OF POSTING AND EMAILING The undersigned, duly appointed and acting recorder for the municipality of Richfield City, hereby certifies that a copy of the foregoing Notice of Agenda was posted on the Public Meeting Notice website www.pmn.utah.gov and the City's website, www.richfieldcity.com, and emailed to each member of the governing body on this 22nd day of March 2024.
