- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING April 23, 2024 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 0.5 acres of property from 'A' (Agriculture) to 'R-1-10' (Single Family Residential). The property is located at 1553 East Gentile Street. The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed. If you desire further information regarding this rezone proposal, please contact the Community and Economic Development Department at 336-3780.
