NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Layton City Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Layton City Center, 437 North Wasatch Drive, to review a proposal to rezone approximately 0.5 acres of property from 'A' (Agriculture) to 'R-1-10' (Single Family Residential). The property is located at 1553 East Gentile Street.
The hearing will be held at the regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting. Public comments are welcomed.
