- PUBLIC NOTICE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING Notice is now given that the Snowville Town Council will hold its regular monthly meeting, on Wednesday, the 13th of March, 2024 at the Snowville Town Hall, located at 20 West Main, which meeting shall begin promptly at 6:00 p.m THE AGENDA FOR THIS MEETING SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS : Welcome - Mayor Scott O'Hare Pledge - Heather O'Hare Prayer - LuAnn Johnson Mayor Scott O'Hare (5 min) Acceptance of the Agenda and Acceptance Minutes from the Previous Meeting Swearing in Mayor O'Hare Tim Munns with Bear River Water Conservancy District (5 min.) Violations Landfill Council Member Seat (Vacancy) Annexation of the Cemetery and Snowville Town (Curlew Drive) Beehive Tower Easter Egg Hunt March 30th Park/Cemetery/ Mowing the Streets and Roads- Positions Open Access Road on 600 North Box Elder County Sheriff (3 min) - January / February Stats Forsgren (Eric Dustler) (5 min) Snowville Fire Department (3min) - New Tower Repeater with Oneida County/ 4th of July Committee Snowville EMS (3 min) - FirstNet- Oneida County radios in Ambulance and Crash Truck Snowville Clerk (3 min)- CDBG Grant Snowville Treasure (3 min) - Dog Licensing April 27 10:30 to 12:00/ Opening and Closing of Meetings/ Adopt the Privacy Policy to be compliant with Utah Code 63D-2-103 AJ Morgan Water Operator - St. George Water Conference 2024(payment for Time and Travel), Kyler Morgan Assistant Water Operator, Delinquent Water Council Member McGary (3 min) Council Member Johnson (3 min) Council Member O'Hare (3min.)
