- Rockville Planning Commission Regular Meeting Rockville Town Hall April 9, 2024 - 6:00 pm The Rockville Planning Commission will hold their regular meeting on Tuesday, the 9th day of April 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Rockville Town Hall, located at 43 E. Main, Rockville, Utah. The agenda will be as follows: 1. Call to order - roll call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Declaration of conflict of interest with an agenda item. Public Comment - If you wish to speak during Public Comment, please sign in with the Town Clerk by 5:45 p.m. No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. THIS ITEM IS RESERVED FOR ITEMS NOT LISTED ON THIS AGENDA. If more than one person desires to speak on the same topic, a time limit may be imposed. 4. Consideration and Action on a Building Permit Application for a New Home located on the South Mesa, Parcel No. R-1308-D for Zion Holdings LLC - A. Jacob Anderson 5. Consideration and Action on an Application for a Grading Permit for John & Nancy Lowe of Premier Western Properties, LLC-128 W. Grafton Road - Bruce Waldron 6.
