- Tooele County Housing Authority (TCHA) Board of Commissioners will be holding a regularly scheduled Board Meeting on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 3:00 pm (66 West Vine Street, Tooele, Utah 84074) 1. Welcome 2. Roll Call 3. Executive Director Report 4. New Business: a. Minutes from February 29, 2024, meeting b. Quarterly Financial Statements c. Resolution 2024-05 Mutual Self Help Program d. Resolution 2024-06 Shelter Plus Care Policies e. Resolution 2024-07 Third Party Management Agreement between TCHA and Evergreen Property Management Group for Harris Community Village, LLC Apartments. And Management Review Policy f. Resolution 2024-08 TCHA Accounting Policies and Procedures g. Harris Community Village Operating Budget- GIV Group h. Resolution 2024-09 State of Utah Transparency Policy 5. Old Business: i. Harris Community Villages, LLC construction close out- GIV Group j. Insurance Claim for Harris Community Village Resource Center 6. Other 7. Adjourn Board members may attend electronically.
