- Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, April 4, 2024, starting at 7:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315. The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input on HCC 1-1-4 (j), Voting Procedures and Quorum Requirements. The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input on Title X: Accessory Dwelling Unit Review. The proposed changes are available for inspection on the city's website, the Utah Public Meeting website, and at the city offices during regular business hours.
