Notice is hereby given that the Hooper City Council will hold two public hearings on Thursday, April 4, 2024, starting at 7:00pm at the Hooper City Municipal Building located at 5580 West 4600 South Hooper, UT 84315.
The purpose of the first public hearing is to receive public input on HCC 1-1-4 (j), Voting Procedures and Quorum Requirements.
The purpose of the second public hearing is to receive public input on Title X: Accessory Dwelling Unit Review.
The purpose of the third public hearing is to receive public input on surplus of fill dirt located west of Hooper North Park.
The proposed changes are available for inspection on the city's website, the Utah Public Meeting website, and at the city offices during regular business hours.
